As the James Perry Team Administration Manager, it is Megan`s responsibility to oversee the continued running and success of the James Perry operation on the Isle of Sheppey and assist and liaise with our Sevenoaks team. Megan is a avid film buff and reader of all book genres. Her other great passion is the love of music. Megan regularly attends the UK`s biggest music venues to see her favorite artists in action.

Kerry is an experienced Sales Negotiator having served 4 years with a leading corporate national estate agency. Kerry is passionate about caring for all of her clients needs and objectives when buying or selling their home.
